Who am I?
Chandler’s Land & Site Service is locally owned and operated by Boyd Chandler, a West Monroe native and ULM graduate with a degree in Construction Management. After moving around the country managing projects, Boyd returned home to start a family. He has managed construction and industrial equipment companies before starting Chandler Land and Site Services, Inc.
Chandler Land & Site serves Northeast LA and the surrounding areas. The company’s goals are to provide excellent land and site work and superior customer service. Chandler Land & Site Service provides a wide range of services including clearing / grubbing, forestry mulching, all types of dirt work, sitework, house / shop / building pads, driveways, grading, rock, under-brushing, bushhogging, right of way clean up and maintenance, recreational land accessibility, emergency storm damage cleanup, and large-scale clearing operations (please go to Services page for details).

-Forestry mulching
Including vegetation removal, under-brushing, right of way clean up and maintenance, recreational land accessibility, prepping property for sale or entry, survey access, shooting lane trim and prep, debris removal, and residential land enhancement.

Invasive Species Removal
From bamboo to irritating poison ivy, southern lands are covered with invasive and noxious plant species that our forestry mulchers can quickly get under control.
Trail and Road Clearing

General Land/ Lot Clearing
We can clear building lots quickly and cost-effectively; in most cases without out expensive land disturbance permits. By clearing out the brush and small trees, you will realize the topography of your land and have a better idea of where to site a home.
Logging Site and Debris Pile Removal / Cleanup
Sometimes loggers leave a mess, we can clean up behind them; stumps, slash and logs are no match for our powerful equipment. Whether you are clearing land for pasture, future homesite, or just making food plots, we can do it all. Not logging, no problem. We can clear virgin timber or brush into land ready for your needs.
